WHAT'S HAPPENING
Here is what's happening at Mainsail Village…
- Resolution to Bylaws delineating the H03/proof of housing insurance coverage. document. (Morton, Valihura & Zerbato was completed January 2025)
- Chimney cap, chase crown, chase trim board and all chimney chase trim (Blue Coast completed March 2025)
- Tree trimming and pruning to avoid encroaching on siding/sidewalks/decks, etc. (Out on a Limb completed February 2025)
- Excessive mulch around the base of major sized trees and on berms will be removed so as to help eliminate tree failure and root issues (Sanchez Landscaping, LLC completed April 2, 2025)
- Asphalting of all of Mainsail Village roads, parking spaces, as well as some tree root removal etc., is a Work in Progress for a potential 2nd-3rd quarter start date. An independent civil engineer will conduct a final assessment of requirements before bidding out the project. The project is set to commence Fall 2025.
